How long does shipping take within the United States?

What is your return policy for opened products?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase, even if they have been opened.
Are Living Proof products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all of our products are specifically formulated to be safe for color-treated, chemically treated, and keratin-treated hair.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, Living Proof is proud to be a PETA-certified cruelty-free brand. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products or ingredients.
Are your products sulfate-free and silicone-free?
Most of our products are sulfate-free and silicone-free. We use our patented Healthy Hair Molecule to provide superior results without the need for traditional heavy silicones.
